Data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide to us:
Pre-enrollment: full name, phone number, e-mail (optional), desired program and level.
Contact form: name, e-mail, phone number (optional), subject, and message.
Newsletter: e-mail address.
Why we use it
To process your pre-enrollment and contact you to finalize your enrollment.
To answer your questions and collaboration requests (especially with the CIS-ISSNT).
To send you the institute's newsletter, if you have subscribed to it.
Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep them
Pre-registration and contact requests are kept for the time necessary for their processing, and for a maximum of two years. If you enroll at ISSNT, your file is kept according to the rules applicable to academic records. The newsletter e-mail address is kept until you unsubscribe.
Newsletter
Each e-mail contains an unsubscribe link. You can also request to unsubscribe at any time by writing to us.
Cookies and third-party services
This site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation. It displays maps (OpenStreetMap, Google Maps) and loads fonts from Google Fonts: these services may receive your IP address when displaying pages. The site does not use advertising cookies.
